Processing and Shipping time

-Orders are typically shipped between 24 business hours after they have been placed.

-After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order in our warehouse

-Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday, and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

*** If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Items that are on backorder will be shipped out as soon as they become available. During the sales, it can take 3-5 business days to dispatch orders.

International Shipping

We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside South Korea, as these are specific to each destination country. The buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.
(We are not responsible for the taxes and duties that are incurred during the delivery in your country: it is your responsibility to pay all import charges including duties and taxes.)

Please contact us if you have any preferences for delivery (such as a requested signature or delivery company). We offer 3 options to choose from FedEx, UPS, and EMS.NB: We are not responsible for the shipping delays.

Shipping Restrictions

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes
Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.

Address Change

Address changes (street, zipcode, etc) are not accepted once the order has been shipped out.
After your order has been placed, the label for your parcel will include only the information you wrote.
Laver Beauty is not responsible for any delay caused by the misspelling or any other mistake in the address you provide us.

Delay in Delivery Out of the control of Laver Beauty!

Seller will not be liable for any delay in performance due to causes beyond Seller’s control including, but not limited to, embargoes, blockages, delays, or refusals to grant export or import licenses or the suspension or revocation thereof, or any other acts or omissions of government, fires, floods, severe weather, quarantines, labor strikes, riots, insurrection, acts of criminals or terrorists, war, material, shortages or delays in delivery by third parties. In the event of such delay, the delivery date shall be extended for a period of time as may be reasonably necessary to compensate for such delay. Seller will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business, or other incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of any delay. Customer agrees that, for any liability arising out of delay, Seller is not liable or responsible for any amount of damage above the aggregate dollar amount paid by Customer for the purchase of the Parts under this Agreement.
